The Charities
Jamais sans toit
Jamais Sans Toit's mission is to offer inclusive day care that fosters connection and access to culture for everyone who comes to the association, respecting their gender, origins, beliefs, and life situation.
To achieve this, the association aims to:
Meet the basic needs of beneficiaries through psychosocial and administrative supporton request.
Coordinate with emergency shelters and offer a 7/7 reception.
Promote access to culture and various group activities to foster connection and socialcohesion.
Homaar
Homaar is a welcoming space for vulnerable young people (15-23 years old) who are emotionally stuck. There is a house in Wetteren, Brussels, Boechout, and Tienen.
In a warm and homely atmosphere, they can, for 2 weeks, recharge with a small group of 6 young people and engage in creative workshops with music, visual materials, creative writing, or rediscover nature.
From there, we focus on their strengths, qualities, and desire to move forward. We also think together about what they still need to continue growing afterward.

Fondation Léon Fredericq
Founded by the University Hospital of Liège, the University of Liège, the Léon Fredericq Fund, and the Anticancer Center, the Léon Fredericq Foundation, a hospital-university foundation in Liège, aims to support and strengthen aid for medical and biomedical research in Liège across all fields of medicine, as well as to support innovative projects undertaken by the University Hospital of Liège for both patient well-being and the quality of care.
In 2024, the Léon Fredericq Foundation has awarded 196 grants to young researchers from the University Hospital of Liège and the University of Liège across all fields of medicine, totaling €2,500,000.
